I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairman Susan Mitchell.

Mrs. Brasfield moved to suspend the rules.
Mrs. Baldi seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously, voice vote, 4-0.
