I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:33 PM by Chairman Susan Mitchell.

Adjournment:
Mrs. Baldi moved to adjourn the meeting.
Mayor Carmichael seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously, voice vote, 5 in favor 0 against. The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
